Craig Horn
President and Chief Financial Officer

Craig has been a Certified Public Accountant for twenty plus years; 12 years as a Partner with the firm of Demera, Demera & Cameron. In addition to Craig’s extensive accounting and managerial experience, his expertise has been as a financial consultant for small and medium-sized companies. He has assisted them in developing financial systems, reorganizations, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions.
Craig also holds a securities and insurance license and has a vast amount of experience in real estate development.
Steve Liles
Vice President of Operations
Started in 1983
Steve has over 32 years experience in the food industry. He managed several Me-N-Ed’s pizza restaurants, concentrating on new store openings before joining the JEM Team. Over the years with JEM Steve has earned several awards and personal acknowledgements from KFC Corporate personnel. Under his direct tutelage our KFC division set all time records for sales and profits in 2007.
Richard Braden

Started in 1972
Richard started his career with JEM Management 37 years ago at the age of 19 as a part-time employee in Sanger, California at our KFC restaurant. Richard quickly moved up to restaurant General Manager, District Manager, Director of Operations and finally to his current position of Senior Vice President.
Kris A. Stuebner
Director of Administration and Marketing
Started in 2001
Kris has over 22 years of Human Resources experience. Kris has experience in both union and non-union labor relations.
Kris currently oversees human resources, benefits, payroll, workers compensation insurance, unemployment, liability, training and marketing for JEM.
Kris is very active in the community and is currently serving as Region V Vice President for the California Employer Advisory Council.
