Wendy’s to Celebrate the Grand Opening of its New Fresno Location at Cedar & Herndon on September 23 with Free Giveaways, Live Entertainment, Ribbon Cutting and More.

FRESNO, Calif. (Sept. 17, 2009) – Wendy’s is gearing up to open its newest location at the northwest corner of Cedar & Herndon (7099 N. Cedar Ave., Fresno, CA. 93720) on Wednesday, September 23, with a full day of celebration from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The community is invited to attend this fun, family-friendly event, which will feature live music and entertainment in addition to live radio remotes throughout the day.

Visitors can meet the Wendy’s mascot as well as the Frosty™ mascot during the grand opening event and there will be opportunities for guests to receive free giveaways. The event will also feature a ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m. As a part of the grand opening week, Wendy’s is treating each of Saint Agnes Medical Center’s 2900+ employees to a free Frosty™ to celebrate the hospital’s 80th year anniversary.
