When Dave Thomas opened the first Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers restaurant, he created something new and different - high-quality food made with the freshest ingredients, served the way the customer wanted.

Quality was so important to Dave that he put the phrase “Quality is our Recipe®” on the logo. Today, that passion for quality remains our number one priority at every Wendy’s restaurant around the world. And it all began in 1969 with a single restaurant in Columbus, Ohio.

JEM currently operates 23 Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburger restaurants in Fresno, Madera, Kings, Tulare, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.
